Parent Advice Line

We are excited to announce that we launched a Parent Advice line at Mark Hall Academy on Monday 10th June.

The advice line offers free impartial advice to parents/carers who would like to discuss any problems they may be having around behaviour and of course school attendance and punctuality.

We understand that parents/carers can sometimes want or need extra help or information. Parents often say that this helps them to be calm and confident, and in our experience, parents’ value and benefit greatly from the opportunity to talk things through.

This is just one of the services we can offer schools as well as our advice line for schools where we can offer advice regarding all areas of attendance, including term time holiday, reduced timetables etc.
